These groups will meet virtually through interactive Zoom video calls, from the comfort of your own home. The aim of the group is to foster a safe-place to learn about how connection and understanding of our children, can guide us towards helping them navigate and grow confidently into the world. This Parent Group gathers parents together for understanding, support and encouragement. This parenting group focuses on helping parents understand the Neuro Divergent (Autistic and ADHD) perspective and teaches strength based parenting strategies to help parents connect more deeply with their Neuro Divergent children. The relationship between parent and child is one that is ever changing and growing.

No two children are alike and accordingly, no two parents are alike. My aim in supporting parents is to help you come to a place where you feel authentically you in your relationship with your child. As a parent myself, I understand and empathize with how overwhelming the process of becoming the parent you want to be can be and indeed, how parents can easily lose themselves in all the different parenting advice out there. I have successfully worked with families from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, consider myself an ally to LGBTQ families, as well as being a neuro diverse affirming therapist. Regardless of your family structure, composition, or diversity – you are welcome in my practice. I also facilitate co-parenting counseling for those parents who would like a dedicated space to fine-tune their parenting strategies, to get on the same page as partners or become more consistent across different households. As well as individual, family therapy, and group sessions for parents/caregivers. In light of this, I offer support for parents/caregivers in parallel with treatment for your child. A core value of my practice is the importance I place on the relationship between parent/caregiver and child.
