You can use Wingardium Leviosa again to bring some of it closer to you and set it on the next pillar. Leap out to that first platform, then look to the right. Blast the gremlin, then use magic to send the debris over to the first of the two columns extending from the pit.
Nearby, a gremlin is holding a bit of debris up in the air, out of reach. Continue right and you'll reach the edge of a pit with two columns between your character and a distant ledge.
